Our mission

As part of our effort to train believers to reach out to those in the area sports, fun and fitness we hope to profit from the enthusiasm fostered by major sporting events that take place in France.  Of course, the two that stand out currently are the Rugby World Cup in September-October of 2023 and the Olympics and Paralympic games in the summer of 2024.  Our desire is to equipe the Church in France to make use of the excitement surrounding these events to share their the love of Christ in their local community.

WHAT WE DO : We proclaim the Gospel, we make disciples that make disciiples, and we obey His Word (the Bible)

WHERE WE DO IT : In and through the local church, through the avenue of sports, fun and fitness, in every city and every community.

HOW WE DO IT : As servants, honoring teamwork and in partnership.

Essentially, Go+France exists to serve the Kingdom by encouraging our partners (both churches and organizations) to share the values we find in the Gospel both through their personal testimony and through organizing outreach events in the area of sports, fun and fitness.  These values can be summed up by Jesus’ call to « love our neighbors », the liberty and equality of every individual, solidarity towards the vulnerable and care for the planet that has been entrusted to us.  Events that we would propose would be open to all without discrimination.
